Eat A Balanced Diet

Now, depending on the general condition of the person, the body has an increased or decreased need for certain vitamins here and there. Since we can actually access almost all foods every day as needed, especially in the Western world, a balanced diet is the key to a regulated vitamin intake.

Because if you eat a varied and conscious diet, you are doing everything right. It gives the body what it needs or can even store. If you learn a little about the different components of each food and pay attention to the ingredients, you can even supplement your diet with specific vitamins.
